No refunds.

Donations are nonrefundable.

Program payments – Given that the preparations and resources dedicated for a given program—which are directly dependent on the participant headcount—refunds will not be given. Therefore, we encourage registrants to be clear about their decision to attend a program before making any payment. In the rare event a refund for program fees is considered, the refund processing time could take up to 90 days and is subject to the restrictions/ permission, if any, or any other applicable law.

DONATIONS

KAILASA’s NHU is a non-profit organization described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your donation. By contributing to the KAILASA’s NHU, you acknowledge that the KAILASA’s NHU has full control of the donated funds/items and full discretion to ensure that they are used in furtherance of the KAILASA’s NHU’s charitable purposes.

TRAVEL

All participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to arrive on time at the program site. By registering for the program they understand and agree that KAILASA’s NHU will not be liable for any travel or flight arrangements that participants have made on their own and will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways or travel dates. If the program is canceled for any reason, the participants will be responsible for altering their travel plans accordingly and for any costs that result from such changes.

PRIVACY POLICY

KAILASA’s NHU’s use of personal information that you may submit to Nithyananda Hindu University through this Website is governed by KAILASA’s NHU Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW:

In the event of litigation, both parties agree that the law of the State of California shall apply and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this Web site are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that

from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations set forth in this agreement shall survive.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then

that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The information on this website is subject to change without prior notice.
